SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it has shipped.

Delivery estimates
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after dispatch, for all destinations.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can occur during peak periods, customs clearance or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your shipping email.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We cannot predict what they will be; please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at bollainbermejoy@gmail.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; an additional shipping fee may apply.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at bollainbermejoy@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, send a replacement or refund your order.

If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we will replace or refund it. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer laws that apply to you, including the Australian Consumer Law.
